Contest Rules:

1. Winners can win only once every 30 days (no exceptions).  If by accident they do, they will be contacted by the promotions department.  All winners will be checked by the database system for record keeping.  Winners will also be asked at the time of the contest if they have won within the last 30 days.
2. Trips:  All trip winners must be 18 years of age.
3. Money giveaways:  Winners can only win once every 6 months.  Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
4. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners and their guest, if any, agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and without additional financial or other compensation and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
5. Winners have 30 days to pick up their prize or it will be forfeited.
6. Winners must present valid identification, such as a driver's license, which includes name, address and signature.  They must also provide their social security number.  Other identification may be acceptable at the stations discretion.
7. Contest prizes are not transferable.  Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.  Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation reserves the rights to substitute any prize or prizes of equal or greater value. (Concert and event cancellations are not in the control of the radio station and therefore, we are not able to replace cancelled concert and event tickets or prizes.)
8. No purchase is necessary to win.
9. Employees of Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation, its affiliates, participating agencies, contest  sponsors, and their families are not eligible to win.
10. Winners agree to hold Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and affiliates harmless against any and all claims or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the prize winning.
11. Decision of Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation with respect to the contest are final.
12. Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.  If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.  These rules may be modified or changed without notice at any time by station management.
13. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification at the sole discretion of Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation.
14. Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

- Your prize will be ready for pickup 24 hours from the time you win on air.

- Winner must present valid identification, which includes name, address and signature.
